"Wir hatten Brotzeitteller und Fischfilet (Forelle, Seibling, etc.) mit Brot und Sahnemeerrettich nach einer kurzen Wanderung von ca. 1,2 km vom Parkplatz aus. Dazu mehrere Scherdel-Biere, dunkle Landbiere und Limos. Es war alles außerordentlich lecker und wir kommen bestimmt wieder, absolut empfehlenswert."

"Schöne Ausflugsgaststätte, lecker Brotzeit, Regionale Getränke, schönes Ambiente teils unter Bäume Teils mit Sonnenschirmen versehen. Innen ist der Verzehr natürlich auch möglich. Jedes Getränk lang bei 3€ Brotzeitteller 6.50 für zwei Personen 12.50 Freilaufenden Tiere, Spielhaus für Kinder auch alles vorhanden."

"Wir kehrten hier nach einer Wanderung ein. Es gab sehr leckere Torte bzw Kuchen. Das Highlight sind jedoch die geräucherten Forellen und sehr reichlichen Brotzeit-Platten. Das alles zu sehr sozialen Preisen und von freundlichen Personal gereicht. Was will man mehr? Sehr zu empfehlen."

"Ausflugsziel, ob zu Fuß durch das Steinachtal oder mit dem Auto oder Motorrad. Es gibt gute Brotzeit, netten Service und man ist mitten im Frankenwald. Es gibt gute Forellen aus eigener Aufzucht. Frisch gefangen oder geräuchert. Bei größeren Mengen mit Vorbestellung. Für mich immer eine kleine Reise wert"

"Mit Wanderfreunden eingekehrt und viel Spass gehabt. Wirtin Hanna? Hat uns Brotzeit für 2 Wanderer gezaubert, hat für uns 4 gereicht. Div. Biersorten, Ambiente Blockhaus mit Ofen, einfach aber passend. Preise auch."

"Nicely smoked fish, solid taste, and fair pricing. I’ve been here quite a few times over the past years, and the fish varied in its consistency and taste. Nevertheless I can say that it was always adequate and pleasant. If you’re around the area, definitely check by for some relaxing moments in nature."

"Wunderschön gelegen. Ein Ort der Ruhe. Wir haben dort Kaffee getrunken und selbstgebackenen Kuchen gegessen. Super lecker. Es laufen überall Hühner rum, die bis zum Tisch kommen. Einfach herrlich. Die Wirtin ist sehr nett. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir den Fisch ausprobieren."
